We naturally take great care to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays are delivered within 2 business days in 95% of cases, and occasionally within 3 business days. However, some products are not in our warehouse, so delivery can take up to 7 days. Sometimes, the delivery of an order may take a little longer (for example, due to Christmas rush). We are also dependent on our carriers. If you order multiple products, they may be sent in separate deliveries (for example, a table and a wall clock). However, almost always, the products are delivered in one shipment. On the day the product is dispatched, you will receive a track and trace code, which can usually be viewed after 10:00 PM via the carrier's/parcel company's website. Please note that this email may end up in your spam folder, always check this folder. For large packages, such as a large greenhouse, it is possible that part of the product will be delivered on the first day and the second part on the following day. This is due to storage across the Netherlands. However, here too, almost everything is usually delivered on the same day.

Returns are always possible, of course. And the convenient thing is that these always go to a Dutch company that handles returns for us. So with us, there's no nonsense about having to send it to India or America. We naturally also comply with the law. So, within 14 days of receipt, you can always return the product without reason. We will always ask why the product is being returned, as we can learn from that. But "no reason" is also acceptable. - Refund in Euros: We always refund the purchase amount in Euros. We do this via a bank transfer to your account.
- Value at the time of purchase: You will receive exactly the amount in Euros that is stated on your invoice, regardless of whether the crypto exchange rate has risen or fallen in the meantime.
- No transaction fee reimbursement: Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the network costs (gas fees) you paid to the blockchain at the time of purchase.
