- Scan & Pay: A QR code and a unique wallet address will appear. Scan the code with your crypto wallet (such as Coinbase, Trust Wallet, or MetaMask).
- Confirmation: Once the transaction has started on the blockchain (on-chain), you will receive a confirmation from us. We will immediately start processing your order!
Good to know: Since these payments go directly via the blockchain (on-chain), it may take a few minutes for the transaction to be fully processed. You always pay the current exchange rate with us, without any additional hidden fees from our shop.
How do returns work when paying with Crypto?
Have you paid with Bitcoin or USDC and wish to return a product? No problem! At wehebbenallesinhuis.nl, we apply the following rules to keep it fair for both parties:
- Refund in Euros: We always refund the purchase amount in Euros. We do this via a bank transfer to your account.
- Value at the time of purchase: You will receive the exact amount in Euros as stated on your invoice, regardless of whether the crypto exchange rate has increased or decreased in the meantime.
- No transaction fee reimbursement: Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the network costs (gas fees) you paid to the blockchain during the purchase.
