We naturally make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays are delivered within 2 business days in 95% of cases and occasionally within 3 business days. Sometimes delivery of the order may take a little longer (e.g., due to Christmas rush). We are also dependent on our carriers. If you order multiple products, they may be shipped in separate deliveries (e.g., a table and a wall clock). However, almost all products are delivered in one shipment. On the day the product is shipped, you will receive a track and trace code, which can usually be viewed after 10:00 PM via the carrier/parcel company's website. Please note that this email may end up in the spam folder, always check this folder. For large packages, such as a large greenhouse, it may be that part of the product is delivered on the first day and the second part on the next day. This is due to storage across the Netherlands. However, almost always everything is delivered on the same day.

What are the payment methods? We only use well-known and secure payment methods. These include iDeal, Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Klarna, and American Express.

Via Klarna, you can pay afterwards or in installments.

(Psst, we would really prefer you to pay via iDeal. The other methods are very expensive for us. But it's no problem if you choose to pay with other methods. The trend is increasingly towards Klarna payments, which charge us even higher fees, leading to higher prices over time. But we will continue to offer the best prices!)

We have multiple suppliers, all based in the Netherlands. This allows us to deliver the product within a few days. The products are not always made in the Netherlands. They come from all over the world. Not everything is available in the Netherlands. And we also monitor the prices of all products to guarantee the best price!

Returns are always possible, of course. And the convenient thing is that they always go to a Dutch company that handles returns for us. So no nonsense about having to send it to India or America. We naturally comply with the law. So, within 14 days of receipt, you can always return the product without reason. We will always ask why the product is being returned, as we can learn from that. But no reason is also acceptable. TIP: check on the day of receipt whether everything is complete and intact, because the 14 days pass faster than you think. After 14 days, it's too late to claim that a part is missing, for example, or anything else. Of course, we still do our best to arrange it through the supplier, but some suppliers adhere strictly to their policy. So always check after receipt whether everything is correct and complete. Also with large packages. For the environment and to keep shipping costs free, a fee is charged for returns. The return costs are then 9.99 euros per product. See also our return policy. If we have sent an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete product, for example, the costs are ours. We will then first try to send parts and, if that's not possible, a new product. Please note that the product will first be picked up (and sometimes it needs to be sent via a parcel service), and once it has arrived with us, the replacement product will be sent.

Yes, absolutely! We are based in the Netherlands, on the edge of the Veluwe in Voorthuizen. We do not have a physical store, only a webshop. So shopping at the location below is not possible. All storage and transport are outsourced to third parties.
