We naturally take great care to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays are delivered within 2 business days in 95% of cases, and occasionally within 3 business days. However, some products are not in our warehouse, so delivery can take up to 7 days. Sometimes, the delivery of an order may take a little longer (for example, due to Christmas rush). We are also dependent on our carriers. If you order multiple products, they may be sent in separate deliveries (for example, a table and a wall clock). However, almost always, the products are delivered in one shipment. On the day the product is dispatched, you will receive a track and trace code, which can usually be viewed after 10:00 PM via the carrier's/parcel company's website. Please note that this email may end up in your spam folder, always check this folder. For large packages, such as a large greenhouse, it is possible that part of the product will be delivered on the first day and the second part on the following day. This is due to storage across the Netherlands. However, here too, almost everything is usually delivered on the same day.

Returns are always possible, of course. And the convenient thing is that these always go to a Dutch company that handles returns for us. So with us, there's no nonsense about having to send it to India or America. We naturally also comply with the law. So, within 14 days of receipt, you can always return the product without reason. We will always ask why the product is being returned, as we can learn from that. But "no reason" is also acceptable. TIP: check on the day of receipt if everything is complete and intact, because the 14 days will pass faster than you think. After 14 days, it's too late to claim, for example, that a part is missing or something else. Of course, we will still do our best to arrange it through the supplier, but some suppliers strictly adhere to their policy. So, always check upon arrival if everything is correct and complete, even with large packages. For the environment and to keep shipping costs free, a fee is charged for returns. The return costs are €9.99 per product. See also our return policy. If we have sent a wrong, broken, or incomplete product, for example, the costs are for us. We will then first try to send parts, and if that is not possible, a new product. Please note: the product is first collected (and sometimes it has to be sent via a parcel service) and once it is received by us, the replacement product will be sent.

We have multiple suppliers, all of whom are located in the Netherlands. This allows us to deliver the product within a few days. The products are not always made in the Netherlands. They come from all over the world. Not everything is available in the Netherlands. And we also monitor the prices of all products to guarantee the best price!

Yes, we are! We are located in the Netherlands, on the edge of the Veluwe in Voorthuizen. We do not have a physical store, only a webshop. Therefore, shopping at the location below is not possible. Storage and transport are outsourced to third parties.

Have you paid with Bitcoin or USDC and want to return a product? No problem! At wehebbenallesinhuis.nl, we apply the following rules to keep it fair for both parties:

• Refund in Euros: We always refund the purchase amount in Euros. We do this via a bank transfer to your account.
• Value at the time of purchase: You will receive exactly the amount in Euros that is stated on your invoice, regardless of whether the crypto exchange rate has risen or fallen in the meantime.
• No transaction fee reimbursement: Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the network costs (gas fees) you paid to the blockchain at the time of purchase.
