You can return the product no later than 14 days after receiving it. Returns go to a Dutch company, so you won't have to send products to China with us 😀.

To keep our selling prices low and continue to offer free shipping to customers, we charge a contribution for returns:

  • Return costs:

    • 0–15 kg: €9.99
    • 15–30 kg: €19.99
    • Above 30 kg: €29.99
  • Please note! This amount applies per item. When returning multiple (identical) products or different items from one order, the return costs will be charged per product.

However, if a product arrived damaged, did not arrive, or we delivered the wrong package, then returns are, of course, free. We will then send a new product as soon as possible.

Good to know:
- We can (usually) also send parts if, for example, there is a scratch on a part or a part is missing.
-There are photos for every product. These can make a product appear larger or smaller than you expected. Therefore, the dimensions are listed for each item. Check this with a tape measure at home, for example, to determine if it fits in the house or in the garden/balcony. This is to avoid disappointment and also to reduce returns.

To start the return process, you must always first send an email to info@wehebbenallesinhuis. In this email, state at least the order number and the reason for return. Also, include your contact and bank details.

To receive a refund for the product, it is important to return the product in its original condition. This means you may inspect the product but not use it (for example, it is not possible to cook with a pan and then return it). If the product is damaged upon arrival or a wrong item has been received, please also contact us via the email above so we can offer a solution. For damages, please send us detailed photos of the damage as an attachment in the email.

You will receive an address to which the product can be sent. Do not send returns to the contact address on this website; returns are centrally received by an external party. Otherwise, we have everything in-house 😀.

  • Absolutely! We only select high-quality products and work with reliable suppliers. All products are checked before they are shipped. In addition, we offer a warranty on all our products.

  • That is partially possible. We have a number of products in our own warehouse. Please always contact us if you want to pick up products. This is to prevent you from arriving at a closed door or if we do not have the product in stock

  • Absolutely! Payment will proceed as usual via the standard system at checkout. Just select crypto. Returns will always be refunded in currency.
